Account Issues
- Can’t sign in? Try resetting your password from the sign-in screen, or sign in with Google or Apple.
- Want to delete your account? Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. This permanently deletes all your data.
Voice Calls
- Call not connecting? Make sure you have a stable internet connection and microphone permission is enabled.
- Can’t hear the companion? Check your device volume and make sure the app has audio permission.
Companion
- Companion not remembering things? The AI memory system extracts facts after each call. It may take a few conversations for the companion to build up context.
- Want to change your companion’s settings? Tap your companion’s profile to edit name, personality, voice, language, and more.
